You can use RagTime on both a Windows PC and a OS X computer. Here are the exact system requirements:

Important note for Windows users: Please make sure that RagTime is not started from within the Installer (deactivate the “Launch RagTime 6.6.6” checkbox!). Instead, quit the Installer before you start RagTime for the first time.
